The unveiling ceremony of the Newly Revised Modular English in Lagos State witnessed a massive presence of creativity and literary display. Pupils from four notable schools within the state made various presentations that portrayed Modular English as an outstanding title.

Pupils from Kingdom Heritage Model School, Raji Oba, Lagos presented a ‘Talking Point’ in which each pupil spoke glowingly about Modular English Book. They enumerated the various ways the books had assisted them in development their spoken-English. Caleb International School, Magodo, Lagos did a Speech context on the topics: ‘Why medical doctors are important in the society’ and ‘Crude Oil’. The pupils were articulate and very impressive in their presentation.

The Pupils of The Cardinal Nursery and Primary School, Igando, Lagos made a speech presentation on the topic: Insecurity in the Country. There presentation was very interactive. Good Shepherd Schools, Meiran, Ijaye, Lagos presented a  short play which was a folk tale.

The event was spiced with goodwill messages from the Chairperson of National Association of Private Schools (NAPPS) Alimosho, Princess Helen Adesina. In her speech, Princess Adesina lauded Evans on its contributions towards the training of teachers and school administrators. According to her, what has made Evans stand out among its competitors is its human capital development which is evident in the professional manner with which its Marketers relate with schools.

The unveiling of the Newly Revised Modular English Books was later done by Mrs. Akerele (Chairperson NAPPS Kosofe), Col. Onoviourapor (Member of NIPSS)- Nigeria Institute of Policy and Strategies Studies, Kuru, Mr Etu of ASCOM Staff School along with the National Marketing Manager, Evans Brothers Nigeria Publishers, Mrs Bola Oyefeso and Mrs Adaora Ayoade of the EZ-37 Solutions Limited.
